Lotus Yoga & Wellness Spa

This studio is so welcoming and non-intimidating to those just starting out in the Yoga practice. I have been going for well over a year now and I never dread the drive there like I do on the way to the gym. Every instructor is unique in their teaching techniques and I never feel pressured or awkward when challenging myself with a new position or class. The rooms are spacious and clean and there are plenty of props to choose from. I have tried other studios but nothing compares to Lotus for what I need and want. I am so glad I did the 30 days for $30 initially to get me started, it was the best investment to my health and well being that I could have ever asked for.

Amazing Place. Great instructors, awesome decors and interiors! Value priced for yoga and spa. The place is serene and very conducive for meditation and relaxation. Would recommend it for all !!! Thank you David & Shawna!!!

I stumbled across Lotus Yoga almost 2 years ago when they first opened. They welcomed me with open arms. I had no idea what i was doing it trying but what beautiful guidence i recieved. What a difference in my life Lotus made for me. Everyone has been warm and welcoming. All of the services that are offered at Lotus are so beneficial to your holistic or everyday lifestyle. I started out going about once a week but it quickly turned onto my home away from home. They have beautiful and knowledgeable teachers that teach from the heart. The owners are so kind and welcoming. My decision to start yoga may have been the second best idea with the first being to start at Lotus. My life has been forever changed.

Just do it! The world would be a better place if everyone practiced yoga...and this is a wonderful place to do it! Serene environment, great teachers, and owners who really care!

I took a restorative class with Maylo. I've had a lot of pain for many years in my upper back & right shoulder. After taking the class, my pain level has decreased by 80%. I am more relaxed than I have been in years! I feel it's a gift from God. Thank you, Maylo!
