I am beyond pleased by Adi's services. Her attention to detail and patience to understand my mind and body played an important role in my ongoing success. She took time to educate me and help put a plan into place. She checks in on me often and reminds me why I started. I have worked with many coaches in the past and am beyond grateful to have finally found someone who takes time to understand my WHY. Highly recommend!!! Finally in overland park I've been to 3 or 4 different teachers. Adi is The Best !!! I've worked with! She has a lot of experience. I loved her peaceful personality, that made me feel confortable and relax. She knows what each individual needs. I enjoyed her class so much that I also got private session once a week. Thank you so much Adi for changing my life!

Love Adi!! She taught us the best foods to eat to feel good!! I have lost weight and feel great! It took a week to get used to changes, but I can't imagine ever not eating like this!! I crave whole foods and anything processed does not sound good at all anymore. Life changing class and learned to cook some amazing new meals!! She is also really really good Pilates instructor that is always challenging me!! ❤❤❤

Adi is amazing. She will sit down with you to work out the best plan for you. She is also available to text or call for food or nutrition advice while out shopping or out to eat! Stick the the plan it works! My favorite part is there is no counting calories it is just about learning to eat the right foods!

AMAZING!! If I want to be challenged, I can always count on Adi. Her classes are always changing so you will never be bored or keep working on the same muscles over & over.... She is extremely watchful to ensure you have proper alignment during classes to avoid injury & getting the best possible workout!!! A+
