I would rate it 5 stars. The food is actually delicious. I’ve tried 5 different things and I’ve liked everything! They know how to make it tasty, and fresh. The portion is huge and you pay for what you get, never finish everything on my plate. Natural juices are very good. I would give it 5 stars but they need to give the place a better Colombian look.

Good food for a decent price. If you go in the weekend it will be very crowded. I’ve been here a few times, some waiters are really nice and friendly and some are pretty rude. It’s a hit or miss with the service but the food is pretty tasty

This place has been in business for many years already in queens. Their food taste has not change nothing at all. Same good and delicious flavor. Prices per place are average. Totally recommend.

This place is bomb!! Super generous portions, fresh, from scratch, made to order! The lobster in the coconut soup was cooked perfectly!! The pork and chicken tenderloin was crispy and plantains cooked just right!!

Really good affordable food. The fried pork is great and bandejas are on point. The chicken on the grill is kinda amazing. Love their breakfast but can only get that at certain hours.

El servicio es horible. It’s always funny how bad the service is. It’s almost like it’s done on purpose, like as a test to the public. Like how bad can we treat people and still let our restaurant function. Our waiter took our order without writing anything down. Of course got one persons drink wrong, and forgot an entire drink until he was reminded at the end of the meal. He also cursed twice while taking our order. Strange sewage smell near the seats by the window. I really don’t recommend this place. It looks like the owners feel that they’ve been in this neighborhood for so long that they can do whatever they want,treat people as badly as they want, just because the food is edible. I wouldn’t come back here if the food was free.

The service was excellent! We were seated almost immediately even though the place was pretty packed. Our server was very friendly, attentive and quick. Everyone else in my party loved their food but I thought my dish was just okay. Usually I love Colombian food but this fell a bit short.

Excellent fresh Colombian food!!

Food is good, but the customer service is horrible. The waitresses have a nasty attitude and speak in a demeaning manner to patrons. Placing an order on the phone is a nightmare, so It is placing one in person. You walk into the restaurant and no one bothers to greet you or ask you if you need a table or place an order. This place is always packed, so I suppose good customer service practices are irrelevant. The staff doesn’t speak English either.
