Horrible customer service! Everyone that works there tells you something different. There is no consistency with with knowledge of policies, products,etc. Sad that there isn't more options here in AK....

It's a pretty cool store. The staff seemed a lil rude and snobby. Also I wasn't able to make my purchase because I forgot my card and they couldn't locate me in the computer, So it was a big hassle and still didn't get the supplies I needed.

The prices here are amazing - I just wish they had a way for non-stylists to open an account

Up here we have few choices as professionals on where to shop for our products. Cosmoprof does a good job at tring to feel a part of that product area....
