The pharmacy manager Trevor is the best, There is NO other pharmacist here in Anchorage can ever do the job that he does. He makes sure his staff is professional on ever level…. 5 stars is not not enough he’s more like a 10.. Please be sure to share this with him so he knows how appreciated he is!!!!

I was in there sick picking up medication and an associate told me the restrooms were closed for cleaning. I nearly threw up all over the floor. Come to find out, the restroom was clean as can be.... On my way out i talked with a gentlemen with a similar experience. I hate to think it is because we are black. Regardless, i was getting a prescription filled & had just gotten out of the ER.

I go to this Walgreens almost every other day it's my neighborhood Walgreens and I went in to get my coconut popsicles the box is already open so I had to check to make sure that they were all in there and a store associate asked me "Is there a reason why I just watched you open the box of popsicles?" I replied by saying actually didn't because I didn't open the box the box is already open and I was counting how many popsicles were in the box and if she would of open the freezer door and looks on the top shelf she would have seen the coconut popsicles with open boxes what instead of doing that she start talking about how she's not going to stand around and watch me steal. I was flabbergasted I've been a loyal customer that spends a lot of money in that store and for her to raise her voice yell at me kick me out of the store because I corrected her and told her that she was wrong and instead of being able to take responsibility for her making a wrong judgment she caused a ruckus yelling at me having all the customers stop and watch us I repeatedly said that she should be fired and that I spend money there and she said nobody cares about me and I should get a job and kicked me out the store. This was on Monday evening around 8:30 she was African American small build. She refused to tell me her name, but I definitely think that her superiors should talk to her and tell her that she's no longer needed at store. And I work at the news station I have a very reputable career and I have never been treated in such a way especially at a Walgreens at 8:30 in the evening in my pajamas getting popsicles.

Was in there today.. horrible service. Cashier was rude. Throwing my items after he rang them up. I called to talk to to manager and come to find out the manager was standing right there and witnessed his behavior. Also the manager let someone cut in line in front of everyone. I won't ever shop here anymore and I am considering call the corporate office.

I wouldn't even give this store a full star... At store #15654, the customer service at this store was horrible and I felt like I was being followed or being watched as I was doing a little bit of shopping that my friend and myself were doing at store #15654. If I was anyone that goes to this store on a regular basis...if I was you I wouldn't step foot into a store EVER IN MY LIFE OR ANYONE ELSE'S LIFE for that matter.

McKenzie in the pharmacy is so rude. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes & asked if they were open. She is very unprofessional and should not be in any sort of customer service. Unacceptable.

I had a male worker follow me out the store doors and yelling across the parking lot that i stole things. When it was a small paper bag i walked in with. my work items

Awful service. The wait time for any pharmacy related services is astronomical. Mackenzie is very rude to customers and other staff

Good service, friendly staff, I would suggest my friends to shop for smaller items from Walgreens that are hard to find. Excellent staff and friendly.

I only come here for photos. First time they didn’t understand me had to ask me a bunch of questions when all I said is “I’m here for photo pickup.”….how is that hard to understand. Second time was fine but third time both employees couldn’t hand me the form to develop my camera? Said the guy isn’t in, I have to talk to a manager etc but I’m just dropping off a camera…I just need the form to put my name on it so they can do it within the week. Just left and went to another Walgreens, this one is a hit or miss with photo department. UPDATE: Accidentally placed a photo order here, I went to pick up and again received passive aggressive behavior. Literally the only type of customer service I receive from the photo department at this Walgreens. Please go to other Walgreens for photo needs, this one needs training.
