Joe is an ABSOLUTE sweetheart and was extremely helpful when I went in to get my knee scooter. He was thorough and kind and even gave me some extra advice since I am traveling! Loved my experience here and would 10/10 recommend!!
This store does not take returns and it's not posted anywhere but is printed on their receipt. You don't see it until you've already paid. I am all for supporting local businesses but will not shop here again. Sadly I will be buying from Amazon.
Joe was such great help. I went in looking for some protection for my elbow after cubital tunnel surgery, he made sure things would fit me before I had to buy anything. I will always go back for things I need anymore. Thanks!
