My home away from home, I could spend hours here if this place was closer to me. The staff are the friendliest ever.

I just love the manager. She is very friendly and always willing to help!

I love Jackie and all the employees there. They are always cheerful, smiling and willing to help.

I am starting cosmetology school in October and my Aunt already has her license. We went here to get some color for my hair. I was amazed by all the colors that were available and how helpful the staff was. I am excited to be able to get supplies here when I get my cosmetology license. There were some awesome deals for tools like straighteners and blow dryers and various other things. My hair turned out fantastic and I will always come here once I have my license!

I dont know about every store...but the one a University @WT Harris Blvd They are wonderful, friendly and helpful. I go out of my way bc I live on the Westside of Charlotte, I drive the drive to the University store! Love y'all! Keep up the good work! I was there on 10/19/20 ,in the afternoon, the 2 women on duty were awesome! Thank you Tabatha Tanner

This is my favorite cosmoprof location. The sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Jean goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and her knowledge of color theory is impressive. I love this place, thanks guys.

Employee was late and opened store door late she was also wearing a crop top to work which I thought was super unprofessional. After I was ready to check out she stayed in the back. I was in the store alone with no assistance

Whoever takes inventory must always be asleep. They never have anything. Like ever. No 20 volume, been out of dipping powder top coat for 3 months. It’s ran by teenagers.

As the Owner of a Salon and an Educator for Framesi I want to let other Stylists know...if you need to pick up supplies for your business this Cosmoprof is excellent!!! This stores manager and staff would be a wonderful example for other Cosmoprof Stores emulate!!!

The lady there was so nice and courteous and very helpful, unfortunately I forgot my card at HOME, so I couldn't come back to that location but I knew exactly what I wanted when I went to another location, thanks. This was Thursday morning 8/9/18
