Amazing service! I stopped by during my lunch hour to browse sunglasses, and one employee named Franklin started helping me. He not only found potential frames I may like, but also taught me how the sizing works and what it means. Thank you Franklin for helping make my simple purchase very pleasant!

Had a very good experience, they accept VSP. Got 2 pairs of glasses Nike brand with all kinds of coatings they had a 1+1 free scheme for 38$, was able to pickup in a week.

Very rude staff Dennis and Garth not willing to help and being ironic as we tried to get my prescription glasses fixed. Sometimes the most economical option does not justify a bad customer experience. I'd continue to shop at Costco for groceries but was my first and last experience at their Vision Center.

The independent optometrist and the staff were so nice and helpful! I was late for my appointment, but they saw me anyway. The doctor was really friendly and engaging. He gave me info I hadn't known throughout the appointment and answered all my questions

The girl at the optical counter seemed to be more interested in her coffee instead of help a customer by glasses. She walked away as I was talking about buying two sets of glasses from this store. Not sure why she was rude but she was very disrespectful and put out. Won’t continue business here with people treating customers like that.

I had an amazing experience here with the Doctor and his staff. Got a small corrective prescription for lenses, was told about the pros and cons of constantly wearing versus training. All around an A+ effort to make me comfortable and understand my options and the things to look out for.
