Excellent service and products. Bertha was very helpful in answering my insurance questions. She provided me with all the information I needed to make and educated choice on which glasses to purchase and which plan to use.

I love my new glasses the progressive lenses help me see clearly. The customer service from the eye exam to the stylish frames make Lens Crafters my go to eye care professionals.

The whole staff was wondering and provided a very safe enviroment. Although the time took a little longer, my safety was never compromised and the staff remained conscious of the facility to ensure everyone's safety. Thank you ALL of the Mountain View Staff.

If the staff can tell at the beginning that they are not in the network of VSP although they accept VSP insurance, I would not waste so much time here: 3 visits and some fee for the eye exam 100% covered if in the network of VSP.
