I sent my prescription glasses to the store overnight from Southern California to fix a large scratch. They fixed my glasses within a day and sent them back to Southern California overnight. They didn't charge me for the repair or shipping.

I walked in because my favorite sunglasses had come unscrewed. They were so friendly and fixed it free of charge. And they tightened my screws and cleaned lenses, too. Saved my day, thanks guys!

The eye doctor is absolutely lovely and did a very thorough job during our appointments. However, the manager / owner isn't very kind and wasn't really helpful when I purchased my contacts. Probably wouldn't recommend the customer service here.
