My favorite children's store. CouCou has the most unique clothes and toys. Astrid and staff are so helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Astrid provided exceptional service from the get go and was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my many queries. Highly highly recommend CouCou Boston who sell unique high quality heirloom products. I bought the Little Lights Swan and Retro Rainbow and even though I am based in Australia I found the transaction process was very smooth and this wonderful shop and their online store is exceedingly trustworthy and reliable shop. Massive bonus is that they accept international deliveries where many other US based online stores do not. For me it has been a true blessing to come across this store upon my research to find the best service, prices and especially excellent professional service all of which Coucou Boston encompasses and more! CouCou not only has the most fashionable & unique kid’s clothes, but also has the best customer service online as I am located in CA, so I can't even imagine how amazing they are in person! Have questions about your order? They are quick to respond in the chat box or via email. Even Astrid, the owner, has personally helped me with silly questions like what shoe size to order. Don't even get me started on their packaging! It is SO cute!! So I always know my friends are going to be surprised when they get my gift in the mail. I feel like family every time I shop here, & I love feeling confident that my friends will love their gift! It's a win win.

Cou Cou is a neighborhood GEM! The owner, Astrid, has the most beautiful hand picked items. The clothing and accessories for baby's, boys and girls are adorable, it's hard to limit yourself, so many great options. And the toys and home decor are fabulous as well - great for buying birthday presents or things for your own family. Astrid and her staff are extremely helpful and always guide you in the right direction. Neighborhood staple, and easily the most charming and high quality children's store in Boston!

It's a must see! CouCou is a special place. It's not your average baby store nor is it an overpriced boutique. There is a little something for everyone but the selection is very well curated. The staff and owner are always pleasant and well informed. One can shop in comfort as there is no pretentious off- putting harassment to make a purchase which can be somewhat of a rarity in Boston. CouCou carries many quality European clothes and toys and those little oddities that take you back to your own childhood. Best of all there is a play area in the back of the store to keep your little ones busy while you shop.

Love this store!!! I live all the way in California and easily buy adorable & stylish baby clothes from CouCou Boston online & have them shipped to my friends & family all over the country! The packaging is adorable also! Love their Instagram that is easy to navigate through and I can actually click on items in the pics to put into a shopping cart & buy right from my phone. SO simple. The different items they pair together on IG are very stylish, and I’m able to easily pick an entire outfit from it. They make me look like a complete toddler fashionista. Once I’ve purchased an item I get email updates with notifications of it being shipped, delivered, etc. The paranoid self in me LOVES this. Overall 5/5 stars!!! Great Style. Great Quality. Fabulous and welcome addition to the South End! Very unique and high quality clothing, toys and gifts for children. My son gets tons of compliments on his adorable outfit from CouCou, not to mention our gorgeous handmade toy box that is every bit as beautiful as it is functional. They also offer kiddie yoga and art classes that my kids can't wait to try.

Coucou is a magical place ... so inspiring and thoughtfully curated. The gifts I bought were LOVED by the lucky kids who received them. And it goes without saying, Astrid and her team a beautiful family too! are all so very warm, thoughtful, and friendly. I love them!! The highlight of my experience shopping there was being transported to my own childhood days, as never before. Charming! I don't have children of my own and usually hate going shopping for nephew's gifts. I wanted to be a kid, just as I walked in. Smart buyer with a unique and tasteful variety of ideas for clothing and toys. Will def. go back and highly recommend. There are fun classes too, just to show the integrity of work and commitment of the owner to the goal of providing an enjoyable experience all around.
