This group is horrible. We have called repeatedly to schedule appointments for several different family members for over two years now. They never call to schedule the appointments. They take our information and say they will call to schedule, but never call back. I can understand if it occurred once, but now it has happened on four different occasions. If you truly need help, don't bother calling. Call somewhere else first.
