An overall fair experience. To start, I had reserved a king room a few weeks ago. On arrival at 5:30pm, was informed that no kings were available. We were given the option of taking an immediately available double queen or waiting for the king. We had a concert to get to in less than two hours so we opted for the double queen. The room was at least very quiet, but it really looked pretty worn. See the pics below for the quite worn desk chair, rusty hardware on the furniture and what I can only assume was a missing shower caddy? on the shower wall leaving a residue of adhesive. Felt more like a two star motel rather than a 3 star hotel room. The lobby area was quite nice however, and they serve cookies at night in the lobby, which is a “sweet” touch. The hotel is also within walking distance of a Target and several chain restaurants which was convenient. Overall, relatively affordable but I probably would not stay again unless I had a worse experience at a nearby hotel.
Great hotel! The front desk woman is always very friendly & helpful whenever I had a question/concern. She went over the ordinary expectations and was super assistive with my needs. I thank her and would definitely recommend The Courtyard by Marriott for any one's stay along the Main Line!Rooms: 5/5
If I could give 0 stars for service I absolutely would. I stayed at this $210 per night hotel & felt I could've gotten better service at a motel 6. A few of the front desk staff has the worst attitudes & just soo unnecessary. I had to request for my room to be clean although I was told during check in its every 2 days for extended stays. The some of staff would get an attitude with me just for asking for things I needed during my stay. It absolutely just was the worse stay I've ever experienced. As someone who consistently travel for work. I wouldn't recommend this Courtyard Marriott.
Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. i didn't get a chance to use many amenities but they seemed nice. Hotel website price is expensive but you can find it cheaper on other sites and get a great deal. Worst part is parking is $14 self park uncoveredRooms: 5/5
Personable and friendly staff but rooms are tired A good location with very friendly, professional and accommodating staff. The shortfalls are abundant in the quality of the room. Much updating is required. Set back a bit by the ongoing smell of cannabis both from within the hotel and on the outside. Pictures attached for reference
I'm a tourbus driver, and often bring a cooler with my own food. This hotel will not provide a microwave in your room unless you're staying 4 days or more. No exception ever. Instead you get to use the community microwave in the lobby. Next time one of my groups asks me what a good hotel to stay is, I'm definitely going to suggest one that takes care of drivers who bring larger groups to their hotels.
My stay was ok. Cleaning room didn’t clean up my whole room, just took out the trash. Didn’t even replace coffee. The hotel is well equipped and the facilities are fairly new. Price quality is alright. I would hace appreciated complimentary breakfast or a late night snack.
A very nice place. Staff very friendly. Amenities are very nice and they have a restaurant. Cleaning staff came only once. Had to ask for towels. When the cleaning people came with the towels they did not clean the room once in 4 days including vacuuming.
My room was not very clean. Hair in the shower and makeup on the bedding. Very disappointing. I was at a Marriott, not Motel 6. The staff was friendly. I did not want breakfast, but I did want Starbucks. That was a bust because they closed extremely early during the weekend by noon. That is a bit ridiculous. Thankfully, Panera is near.
