Manayunk Extended Stay

Very poor customer service. The only way to book is to email the owners which is fine. Joan responded to my request for prices by telling me that they are booked. I then asked again and asked for how long would they be booked for? No matter how long from now, when is the next available date? She answered by replying in all caps that they are totally booked. She never responded to any of my questions at all. I then responded with a follow-up email stating, "Honestly, you have not answered any of my questions. I understand that your totally booked but you still have check out dates and prices. Even if its changing prices. You could say 'although we are booked right now, normal prices range between $xxx.xx and $xxx.xx, but that also depends on the season.' Something would be better than nothing. In answer to the second question you could have said, 'We are booked until farther notice due to all of our guest being long term stays. I would say to check back around so and so date.' " I am currently awaiting a reply but I wanted to make note that the customer service is very poor.

Was very surprised to find accommodations in Manyunk! Our stay was absolutely great, the prices are very affordable and has many amenities that I really didn't expect. The staff is very helpful and really make you feel comfortable in every way. They always know what is going on.
