Avoid Coyote Motorsports Sales representative was extremely nice and made the process of buying my 300NK extremely easy. However after multiple attempts to fix what the service department describes as normal my brand new motorcycle keeps overheating and dropping coolant on a daily basis. I was received with multiple comments on how I was the only customer having problems with this model and how riding during "hot days" could cause this issues. Have multiple pictures and videos besides burn marks from this motorcycle. I would definitely avoid buying any CF Moto I've heard good things abut the brand overall from this specific dealership.
Bought a 2021 Kawasaki ZX10R from Coyote, ended up having some problems. The guys at Coyote worked with me and made sure everything was taken care of and all problems were fixed. Super nice staff, very knowledgeable. 5/5 would recommend for buying a bike or getting it serviced!
I bought a pre owned motorcycle as is cash over the weekend and found out pretty much immediately the clutch was on its last leg and would barely get me around the block once I made it home. Im capable of replacing the clutch plates and fixing it myself, so I called and explained and they agreed to work with me getting couple parts so I can fix it myself. Pleasant experience front to back. Thanks Shannon
This place business is not very clean. I feel like you should take a little more pride in your business. Came in to talk to the owner and was told he is hardly ever there. They laughed when I asked if he would be in an hour or so. I dont get it. His salesperson Shannon believes it's ok to pull his gun on people on the business property and the owner seems to be ok with it.
Coyote motor sports has impeccable customer service. Every employee there was very resourceful, and kind. Highly recommend this dealer!
Tracy helped about 12 of my friends and I get helmets and goggles within our budget. I can only imagine how overwhelming that may have been all at once but he managed all of us in a super professional and helpful manner. He knew a lot about the products he was selling and was able to get us all fit to the right helmet brands and sizes. The store was also really clean and well kept. I’ll definitely be coming here for my future OHV needs.
Just bought the CF 650 Adventura. Great sales and service. Called on the phone when I would be in to buy the bike. Had it waiting. Just had to pay, review bike details, and sign papers. Then they introduced me to the gentlemen behind the parts counter. Needed to order of a couple accessories. Could not be happier.
My first bike! Everyone was so cool, I’m trying to bring my friend in to get one.
We are so very pleased with everything we experienced at coyote. Mike and Mike were so awesome in the service/parts dept. The service was so fast and they were so knowledgeable. Every person into the store knew what they were talking about. We will be going back for future service and any other of moto needs.
Shopping for a sweet new CFMoto side by side. These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable, took the time to talk to me for a while. I met Brian the owner also. Be there many times over the years, they are great!
