cPort Credit Union

We bank with them because they are the only option for our business and the location is convenient. If you're looking for a bank with great customer service this is not it. I also recently inquired with a teller if cPort plans to open on Saturday's again. The earliest they will consider reopening on Saturday is 2022!

I’ve been trying to open an account since 1/28/22. I have not received any follow up since Erin’s initial email Welcome Email. I’ve called and emailed- no response. We will be banking with another Credit Union.

When I opened my account 3 years ago, I thought they were the rudest bank ever. Now, I still think they are the rudest bank ever.

Little kings of little counters, ruling happily and spitefully over their tiny kingdom. Completely unaware of the mass exodus coming when any other bank begins to service the industry.

If you love waiting 30 minutes to hear a bunch of excuses from the branch manager about why they can't fulfill a simple change order that was submitted a full week ago, then this is the branch for you.
