Suzie has been working for me as a Realtor since 2013. When I originally hired her, I was investing on the side. As things progressed, I started doing this full time. I've hired her to help me find investment properties as well as resell them. She researches each property and helps determine the resale/profit. She keeps a good handle on the market changes and is always conservative with her resale value. She also provides great insight on finishes and trending designs. It's 2021 and we are still working together.

We found Suzie through a co-worker who has used Suzie for a few of their own purchases and sales. Suzie was good at putting us in the right direction. She was adamant about truly understanding the loan and budget first so there weren't any surprises and made sure we were comfortable with the monthly payments, etc. We did exactly what she advised. While we looked at homes, Suzie helped us stay true to our budget. We landed our first home in Anne Arundel County. The house is pristine! We literally just needed to move in. We're thrilled and so are the dogs in their new huge backyard!
