Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Always an awesome experience coming here. It's an old country store mixed in with an old country restaurant. Best way to make money selling food and other goodies. The food is great and the atmosphere is pleasant. Sometimes it is so busy that the wait is long, but worth it in the end. However, there is one section of the restaurant that takes forever to be served and that's a bummer because the restaurant is so great.

Brought the family out for dinner. The food is good, what you would expect to be served from Cracker Barrel. The wait staff is horrible. Asked about being able to sub sausage in place of steak and all she did was shook her head instead of suggesting something else or even speaking for that matter. When I told her Never mind don’t want to order anything for myself, she didn’t care. Kids said they were still hungry after having the pancakes, the waitress said I could only order a side with their meal when I ordered it. That I would have to just pay menu price for a side. Needless to say kids and myself left hungry and we just stopped at McDonald’s.

Was a lot busier than I expected (which is good as it isn't in a very open location). Food, as always, was great.. service was pretty good.. Overall a nice experience.

Food is always good....service and wait staff are very friendly. Breakfast served any time. Open late for service. It's fun to browse store and see all the penny candy we use to enjoy and bring back memories. Beautiful clothes and garden/home decor. Always fun to stop.

Always enjoyed stopping here. Years ago I found the food at Cracker Barrel very good and the store is nice also. Stop in and check the place out! I think most people will like it. They are STILL in business, that tells you something!!!
