Nature at it's most glamorous! Beautiful scenery and this time of year, the most desirable weather. The serene blue color of the water in the lake amidst snow covered ravine, it was breathtaking. The North Entrance was closed at the time we reached but others were open. One week pass and annual passes are available. Highly recommended!

The view is very good and worth visiting.one can do camping on weekend. Lot of space is available for camping. The lake is beautiful. One can do trekking in the area. The climate is good. Only problem is fire in nearby area which is disturbing and blocks the view of lake. When we visited it was clear on day one and smoky on the second day. But the overall experience is very good

My love and I go here almost every year. The sites are beautiful, the water is so clear that you can see right down to the bottom, and is cold beyond believe... which in the heat of the summer is a welcome relieve.
I recommend you take water, and a snack for the trip. And if it is your first time there, I would also recommend that you stop by the village lodge and information center, the history of the crater is fascinating.

The bluest water you will ever see in any National Park. One of the beautiful parks I have visited so far. Should go in the early summer before the snow melts. Late summer will have the guided tours and boat rides to Wizard island in the center of the lake.

Wonderful view. Harding found another place like here. I come in May, still a lot snow. But it makes the view so different. Colour of the view is so many kind and complex. Sure summer will be a good choice, but again, May still a "WOW" Timing.
