Great collection of hikes, camping sites, and history! You can discover the history of Washington/Oregon as well as enjoy the beautiful scenery. The lighthouses are great places to visit as well as the boardwalk to/past Waikiki beach detailing parts of Lewis and Clark's journey. The campgrounds are RV, tent, cabin friendly - great for the ultralight cyclist backpacker to the whole family.

On a road trip to Cannon Beach, when we pass by Lewis & Clark NP. It is truly an astonishing part of history and the museum offers an accurate portrayal of the historical journey. I am glad we stopped in as it was a nice group of NP that were super friendly and offering some suggestions of what to see. Nice welcome into Oregon.

One of the best national parks and museums. Amazing replica fort surrounded by miles of well maintained trails. The museum has an informative theater and extensive catalog of data. This site also has one of the best stocked gift shops available.

Loved the history at this place! Walking where Lewis and Clark stayed was fascinating. The Ft. Clatsop replica was well done and felt very authentic. The museum had informative and interesting displays and exhibits. Love the Sacajawea statue on the grounds.

I was lucky enough to visit during the "Art Walk" they had the path from the canoe landing up to the visitors center lined with different kinds of art/performance artists. It was really cool to take in the beautiful scenery and have it enhanced by art. Definitely recommend finding out when the next "Art Walk" is and adding it to your calendar!
