Crescent Oral Surgery

My dentist had referred me to Dr Kris Lee. While I am certain that he is a great doctor when it comes to doing the actual procedures I left the office with mixed feelings after my initial examination for wisdom tooth extraction. As a patient I did not receive options of different possible procedures but instantly presented with the only possible extraction of both wisdom tooth and 1 damaged tooth next to it which would then be replaced with an implant. When asking if there are alternatives he advised that in the past everything was done to save as much of the tooth as possible even if damaged, but this is not done anymore nowadays. After getting a second opinion I know now that these procedures in fact are still done today. Sadly I have to say that I very much felt rushed through the appointment and did not get the impression that as a patient my concerns are valued and respected. If you are not interested in different alternatives for procedures this might be the right place for you, but as a informed and concerned individual I have decided to get my surgery done at a different office.

I had a dental implant done here. The doctor did a amazing job. I can't thank him or the assistants enough. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing is you should show up for your appointment a half hour late. 3 visits i waited over a hour because they tell you to show up a half hour early. Also be prepared to confirm your appointment many times.

Cannot recommend Eddie reinish enough! Fantastic guy walks you through everything and all of his staff are so lovely. It would almost be worth it to get the surgery again just to go through the most lovely of customer service experiences again

The wait times are awful as others have mentioned, and the receptionist all have horrible attitudes. Each and every person I’ve spoken to regarding appointments, whether it be setting one or changing it, has been rude, inconsiderate and rather unprofessional in the manner that they address situations. Even in person, they were the same. They even “forgot” I was waiting for a consultation while I was in the waiting room for over half an hour...? If my dentist hadn’t recommended this place for their doctors (who were actually quite kind), I wouldn’t even bother.

Doctor and nurses were amazing! Patient & friendly! Very helpful when explaining the procedure and aftercare.
