Crescent Oral Surgery

The staff are friendly and the doc was pleasant but of the four times I was there, I had wait times over 40 minutes, with no check-in from anyone. It's ok if I have to wait but let me know how long you expect me to sit around waiting. Especially when you see I'm there with a small child. They're quick to get you in to pay up front but once they have your money, they don't seem to care. *Update* Since my initial visits, I've been back a few more times and their wait times have improved, along with their attention to waiting patients.

I was referred by my Dentist to Crescent Oral Surgery to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. I have not had the surgery yet but the person I am dealing with Amy L was nice and easy to work with. I had some issues with my wifes Sun Life plan. Amy called Sun Life and sorted it all out for me. I don't believe calling Sun Life on my behalf is part of her job but she did it anyway because my wife is extremely busy at work and she has trouble even getting through to them. Amy did it in a matter of minutes. We pay for this plan and my wife earns a lot of money for the company she works for so it should be easier to access my plan. I trust the surgery will go well. awful experience. Went in for my consultation on my wisdom tooth that I need removed. However, I never actually had my consultation. Instead, I had the pleasure of sitting in a room from 2pm until 3:50pm and the doctor was still no where in sight. Not once in that whole time, did somebody come to check in, let me know the Doctor would be there shortly. The ladies just pointed me in the direction of the room and that was that. So finally, I asked the ladies at the reception desk, told them that I am already late for work, their sarcastic response, "I guess that's more important?". At the end of all this, they said "feel free to book another appointment". No apologies or willingness to make up for my time wasted. Would only recommend if you have two hours of your life you want to waste!!

I am a denturist in Markham and have been referring patients to Crescent Oral Surgery for many years. I usually refer to Dr. Peter Gioulos who is absolutely amazing however I am very comfortable and confident in referring patients to any of their doctors. So comfortable that both my parents have been their for treatment.

I had several teeth removed for upper denture a few years ago and am in the process of getting the lowers done. I had a "butcher dentist" as a child which has left me with an intense fear and distrust of dentists. My first experience at Crescent could not have been handled better and I have no hesitation in returning this time. All staff were excellent, the offices were immaculate, the customer service flawless.
