Have to order supplies multiple times before they MIGHT be delivered. I'm averaging getting new supplies every 4 - 5 months. Customer service is uninformed and very discourteous. I am looking to switch suppliers, but unsure as to whether the difficulty of doing so would be worth it.

Terrible Customer Service. Agents are rude and not helpful. They make it difficult to get supplies which has greatly affected my health. Will be looking for a new supply company.

Worst supply company ever still waiting on them to send my paperwork over to my new supply company. Been in need of supply for a few weeks but they are so rude I don't like dealing with them, would not reccomend need better customer service. Just attempt to order and no help answering service. Called ordered my sons took a few min's from Apria's nice friendly will be switching asap ( using sons account) #unhappycustomer #neednewfilters back track; not so much the one on one + fitting).,but greetings are everything! How you answer phones & face to face greeting ( customer service).

I could not be more frustrated. Web site states they open at 8AM. I am on hold for SIX minutes, then get connected to an answering service who tells me Cresscare does not permit them to take messages for CPAP or BIPAP patients. I came here because other providers were disappointing. Now Cresscare is very disappointing. I'm in an emergency situation and I cannot reach anyone. I want to know who owns this business and why an answering service refuses to take a message because that is their instruction.

Very frustrating working with this business, I found only one person, Mike, that could help me, most others did not know what to do, or were just rude. Most of the employees were uninformed, I had repeated phone calls not returned. I especially was upset with the person in the billing department. My family Dr told me they called the billing dept. and took care of a billing issue for me, when I received a letter stating otherwise, I called billing because I was confused because my Dr told me they worked the billing issue out with them, when I told the person in billing that was what my Dr told me, she laughed at me, and was very condescending. Not a way to run a business.
