I didn't know what to expect when I arrived, but Mike made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything and made sure that I understood but also assured me that if I had any questions or concerns later, they are there to help me and I should contact them. Overall, I felt very comfortable with the information, mask fitting, and instructions Mike provided.

Mike did an excellent job explaining the features and benefits of my new delivered machine and mask over my old units. He knows the products inside and out and was more than adept at answering my questions. It was my pleasure meeting and interacting with him and the other Mike at the front desk of the Carlisle office location.

Mike was simply outstanding while covering every aspect of my CPAP machine replacement. Starting with the paperwork, then on to setting up the app, and demonstrating the operation of the machine, he answered all of my questions clearly. Highly recommended!

Tracy was very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain everything very well. She also gave some personal tips on using and cleaning since she uses a CPAP herself. If this works and give me half of the alertness and energy that Tracy has I will be very happy.

I came into the office and was seen promptly. Didn't have to wait long at all. He went over the machine and showed me how to put everything together and how to clean it and everything. I was worried that it was gonna be complicated to use but with him explaining everything it put my mind to ease. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything. So thank you.

Mike did great, he was very informative and knew the product. He fitted my mask and went over everything in great detail. He helped me install the ap on my phone and made sure I had no questions before I left. I would definitely recommend
