Crest at Greylyn Apartments

My experience has been great so far! Karissa helped me with the initial move and she is very nice and helpful! I have not had any maintenance issues at all. The property is very neat and organized. I would definitely recommend. Lidl is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive which is a bonus!

I moved in recently. Greylyn Estates management makes you feel welcome into the community. The amenities are open; the apartment complex is always very clean. I made the right choice.

I love living here. All of the staff have been super friendly and helpful when needed. Definitely love my apartment and location. Lots of parking where my building is! Big change from the last place I lived. The maintenance guys are super nice and stay on top of things!

The best apartment complex I've lived so far. Great amenities, the maintenance is super effective and kind. The apartment has great views and finishes. Fair price for all the amenities and the great service. Super recommended. I lived there almost for a year and move due to job relocation.

Great community. Office and maintenance staff are always friendly and eager to help when needed. The location is prefect because its close to Hwy 74, downtown Charlotte and I-485.
