Lakeside Apartments

I called about leasing a 2 bedroom on Monday. Porsha answered the call. She was very helpful, very professional and very pleasant to talk with. Im not from North Carolina, I am relocating and after speaking with her she made me feel like this is where I want to lease.

The Park at Ferentino is a nice place to live. The complex is on the rise changes for the good are being done. Nice quiet community for the most part. New management getting Things done.

My wife and I have here now a yeah upgrading to the 1L which was the best decision we could have made I love my neighbor everyone in the community amazing Ms Renee in the office is the best she’s amazing and because of her this is our home and we love it

I love living here. The ambience of the complex is peaceful and serene and everyone from the property manager to maintenance team ensures that any issues I may have are taken care of right away! Not to mention their customer service is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was ok when I lived there back in 2017 when it was lakeside apartments. But now im trying to get a hold of them because of getting a new apartment and all numbers as a fax machine number so uh yeah good luck getting jn contact with them. Causing me to have to pay a huge deposit now because of them. ...thanks...
