Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

My girlfriend bought a phone and within her first month of having cricket service her phone had stopped working. Cricket had no deal to offer her ..so we decided to switch her service. We noticed the phones from Cricket wireless do not have packing such like as plastic so i think we got a defecting phone since there is no proof of new when you buy. Just choae wisely and i highly suggest getting a phone with a battery that you can take out .I noticed the phones that have a battery built in they are a screw over.

Love the team! They all always have a good vibe and friendly smiles. Always willing to go an extra mile to help with your phone or plan issues. If they leave I would be sad. I doubt I find a team like them in another store or anywhere else. Keep up the good job!

It was a horrible experience and your manager there named Kenny was very unprofessional and unwilling to give his last name and emp # for my complaint of my experience. I am so disappointed. I'm really to the point of canceling this phone service if I am not contacted by corporate customer service for someone to address my concerns. There are other carriers that would appreciate me as their customer. A very dissatisfied custoner

This location appeared as nearest and "open" on Google maps.I came here at 4:30pm on a Sunday only to find out even though it is suppose to be open, it is not. The door has store hours and it is suppose to be closed at 5pm on Sundays. Very disappointed.

The cricket in Adams Morgan has excellent customer service the staff there always slove my phone issues.

Horrible customer service the guy even decided to give me attitude for asking a simple question about my payment definetly felt like he was very hostile about it for no reason he didn't even really seem like he wanted to take care of customers.
