The staff at this location are very competent and helpful, especially Karen. She was knowledgeable and worked with me to switch to T Mobile from Verizon. She also helped secure an IPhone 13 and a good deal for me when stock was running low. Glad to be with T Mobile now!

I went in to purchase a phone for my mom and then customer here was amazing! They were really sweet and helpful and they were willing to listen to my needs. They were also very patient because I was pretty indecisive with the phone but overall, they were great.

Erick was really helpful, we switch from metro and he was able to get my account number and pin from the older provider so I could keep my same number, he went above and beyond by transferring my data and even creating an Apple ID for me. Highly recommend him.
