Candice helped me. I came is to the store very snotty and upset b/c my cracked phone screen had me missing calls and app authentications. She was cool the entire time. She made my phone look beautiful and new. It works great. Plus she helped me ensure that insurance covered the service. She is awesome and super professional

I recently visited UBreak iFix Phone and Computer Repair at 3510 Connecticut Avenue NW to get my PlayStation 5 fixed. I have the Asurion Home Plus plan, and the HDMI port on my PS5 had malfunctioned, and it also needed a thorough cleaning. I went there on a Monday, and I was immediately impressed by the customer service. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. She explained the entire repair process clearly and kept me informed throughout. It took a full week to get my PlayStation 5 back, but it was well worth the wait. The console is now working better than ever. It's running faster, doesn't overheat, and can handle hours of gameplay without shutting off. Most importantly, the HDMI port is functioning perfectly, allowing me to fully enjoy my games. During my visit, I noticed how clean and well-organized the store was. The staff seemed knowledgeable and eager to help, creating a welcoming environment. They had a variety of services listed, and it was reassuring to see how many different types of repairs they handle. It's clear that UBreak iFix takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Given the excellent service, I'm planning to take my MacBook Pro to them next for a cleaning and tune-up. I've had some issues with it running slowly, and based on my experience with my PS5, I have no doubt they'll do a fantastic job. It's great to have a reliable place to take my electronics for repairs. Overall, my experience at UBreak iFix was outstanding. The combination of excellent customer service, professional repairs, and a friendly atmosphere made it a positive experience. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend UBreak iFix for any electronic repairs. If you have a device that needs fixing, this is the place to go.

I made an appointment to fix my iphone. I described the problem in the appointment schedule and couldn't find the iphone type in the drop down list iphone se, so I selected an iphone x. I arrived and the technician seemed to be defensive, saying I didn't select the right phone, an iphone 8. I said twice it's not an iphone 8, but an iphone se, but he said they were the same things. I googled. They are not. He insisted it needed to be cleaned first, despite having just had it cleaned at the apple store and that didn't fix the problem. He then said it would take a minimum of three hours, and they were only open another two hours. Why was I allowed to make an appointment that late when I indicated what the problem was and what I needed in the appointment description? It wasted a trip to the store when I could have been notified before the appointment that I needed to schedule an earlier appointment. He was overall not helpful, only indicating what was wrong with me getting help, and not offering any solutions. I think I'd rather just get a new phone at this point then deal with this place again.

This is a great service for our neighborhood. They replaced my failing hard-drive and transferred my data from the old one. Their interaction with me was courteous and professional. The work was done quickly and the cost very reasonable, especially considering that I could have shipped my PC to Dell and paid Dell $60 just to look at it.

Spicer was a great! My phone wouldn't update and he gave me clear options and explained each one. He's incredibly patient and kind. Highly recommend!!!

Went to get my phone screen fixed and it didn’t look right, I asked 2 of the employees to take a look they both said it was fine so I left, a few days later my screen started glitching and had to go back to get it refixed. when I got it back again something was wrong with my speakers. After two times of them messing up my phone I didn’t feel comfortable letting them do anything else to it so I asked for either a partial or full refund which they denied.

Wow, Candice at Ubreakifix just saved me $400+. She wisely suggested I get a screen cover for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and when I dropped it a week later and it didn’t break the screen I was beyond grateful. That’s on top of the fact that they can fix the screen in a couple of hours and have it ready for you the same day. I can’t recommend them enough!

This was the worst location in the world, let me tell you why... We spoke with Samsung and our fi was covered under warranty - we book an appointment at 6 PM, show up and the place smells horrible. When we try to have the device fixed the guy tells us that it would take 2 hours to fix the screen which we shared in the request prior to booking the appointment, so it never would have gotten fixed in the first place... but then, the guy has the nerve to say he can't decide if a fix can be made under warranty without speaking to a manager. I wasted my valuable time to go to this store and the people were not helpful at all I highly discourage anyone from going - it's a headache, not just because of the poor service, but also because of the literal stench.

Staff was very professional. Service was quick, they told me it would take 2 hours but it was done within 90 minutes. AWESOME JOB, WILL RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS
