The Ladies at the store were outstanding! New phone not purchased from them and had issues with the first SIM card, they did a number of troubleshooting steps to get me up and running, all with a smile on their face and a wonderful disposition. HIGHLY recommended!
In store reps can be nasty and condescending. In particular a Hispanic female rep I encountered and Black male manager. Not at all knowledgeable about technical issues or professional in demeanor. Wait times can be ridiculous also. Avoid this location. I would give them less than one star if I could. They are absolutely horrible.
Staff is energetic and knowledgeable. They helped me get best deal and were respectful to other customers.
John is patient and willing to spend the time to teach people how to use their phones no matter how long it takes. Thank you!!!
