I love going to this game stop. The employees are amazing. They help me figure out what I'm doing because as a Mother of 4 boys I am lost when it comes to the whole gaming stuff! They help me figure out what is best for my boys, age appropriate. They make suggestions without being pushy. They also remember me everytime I come in! That means alot to me.

Wow, this is a prestige store? Every time I go to this location I have an issue. The employees are not helpful, they’re always extremely pushy trying to sell you extra things even if you disclose that you just want the game, simply, and the manager just seems “off”, to me. Specifically, on my last visit, a black female employee with natural hair there is incredibly UNhelpful. The employee really doesn’t know about games. A friend and I were looking for Rise of the Tomb Raider for Xbox One, she immediately said “that game is only out for PS4” when I replied that I previously owned it on Xbox One, she proceeded to just repeat her statement. She did not even check to see if my statement was fact or not. I started to pull my phone out to show her my achievements for it on the Xbox Smartglass app, but ultimately, it is not the job of the consumer to teach an employee of the products they carry. I won’t visit that location again, nor will I allow my friends to, especially considering there are numerous GameStop stores in the area. I just left the mall and went to a store literally 3 minutes down the road to complete my purchase at a non-prestige store. Funny how that ranking system works for them.

My daughter loves to go to Game Stop. It's a small store but you can find really good deals in the used games section. Staff always nice.

Great employees. But people need to know that this one has been closed permanently. And if you had pre-ordered games here, check with the GameStop at Towson Place on Putty Hill. They took over the list.

Easy experience with my purchase. I liked that the sales pitches we're kept to a minimum. I'll be back for sure.

One of the few GameStops I go to. Great customer service and if they can't help you they'll point you in the right direction.

They are always nice. Usually understaffed.. feel bad for the employees... They dont quite have everything and dont quite have nothing so they are alright.
