This attorney has done nothing but been a waste of time and stole money from us. He has the utmost lack or respect an empathy for his clients. He literally makes us feel like he is the police himself. Due to this man, and his lack of honest effort, my loved one is going to serve time for a non violent crime, something so small I can't even believe it is a crime. Yet this "experienced" attorney can't do a thing to help us. This man had the audacity to go on vacation during the case, while my loved one was fighting for her freedom. This man came back from vacation and his great idea with his huge decades of experience was to lie to the judge and pretend to be addicted to drugs. He says the judge "might give sympathy". (SHE DOESN'T EVEN DO DRUGS). What kind of ideas are these? This is what you call experience?! From day one the only thing this man asked for was money. He wasn't able to keep any promises. He was telling us one thing, and assuring us he was friends with the DA ect. But this was all fabricated. The plea agreements have only gotten worse. We had to send our loved (who doesn't do drugs) to rehab. This is outrageous. This is beyond justifiable. All the things we had to do in order to get the turn out we wanted has actually traumatized her for the worse, and it was all his bright idea for nothing. There was nothing to gain. There was no light at the end of the tunnel for us no matter what. It was all bullshit.
