This guy is in such a hurry, hardly listens to you, and didn’t make me feel like there was any hope for my son so declined and looked at the Milwaukee area instead. Found someone great! To me this man came off as an arrogant person and didn’t seem to care to listen with no empathy what so ever. So glad I went with my gut and hired out of Madison!

An expert in WI criminal law like none other. Highly recommend
After almost 2 years of going back and forth with Mr Nagel and his secretary, we finally had a completed description of what we wanted to turn in to the court. Instead Mr Nagel sent in what was a rough draft that we had worked on 1 year prior. It was not what I wanted sent to the court. When I asked him about it he tried to put the blame on me. Why would I want the old draft instead of the new draft? In my opinion I could not trust him so I told him I did not need his services any more. In my and my wifes opinion both he and his secretary were very rude and not easy to talk to.
