Crocs

Had a good experience…, we have ordered Crocs online but the size is bit smaller so we went to store to return but asked whether exchange works. The sales person said ok but the price at store is bit high than actual price purchased. The sales person asked their manager/store supervisor and confirmed that i can exchange at actual price paid online. Everything was smooth and we came out within 15minutes.

The manager stands at the entrance with the gate down at least 15 minutes prior to closing time, and as soon as the clock strikes whatever hour they're closing, he starts yelling in the store that they're closed. Very unprofessional. Can be done differently so as not to offend paying customers.

Horrible!!! I made a purchase, they passed my card and the purchase was cancelled, they passed it again and it worked. The bank charged me twice and the store does not want to refund me the amount that was overpaid, they put several obstacles to solve something so simple, it would be enough to close the cashier correctly and there would be a greater amount. And that amount would be returned to me! Absurd, don’t buy from this store if you don’t have money because you might have problems paying with cards

Amazing experience, amazing customer service, and overall amazing staff and atmosphere. I don’t think there’s much more to it; they’re doing beyond amazing!

Nice store. We find great collection of different crocs including for kids. There is lots of charms that kids and adults love. Line was long but very fast. Took me 10 min to get to the cashier. Nice store. Recommended

I arrived there at 8:20pm rushing to get there because I came after work. The gate was pulled down No Access they were cleaning up I guess and it clearly says 9:00pm online that they close! I asked what time they closed she looked at her watch and said NOW! Horrible customer service! Hire new people please or post correct open to close times. Thanks!

Amazing for a new Crocs to try on my feet

I had to make an exchange in the staff were really nice about it. I had lost my receipt and they were very accommodating and allowed me to make an exchange. They even referred me to a few items and sales for purchase.

I love Crocs so I wish this purchase was for me but I should soon get myself another pair. The store is small but it is so colorful that you don't know where to place your eyes at. There are so many different varieties and im definitely digging the charms that unfortunately weren't around when I bought Crocs 1, 2, 3 . CHECK OUT WAS FAST AND TO THE POINT.

This place is the only dedicated Crocs store in all of NJ, and their selection sucks. You can find the same exact shoes, in the same exact shopping mall, literally just a few stores down, at Burlington Shoes and Famous Footwear at a lower price. You would think that being the only Crocs store in NJ, they would have everything. The absolute best selection and variety possible. Especially considering that there are other stores in the mall that also crocs for cheaper. The store is tiny too. One of the smallest stores in the mall. The t-shirt printing store is bigger than this store. Which probably explains why their inventory is so pathetic. Because they have wall to wall crocs, and still not a wide enough selection. All of it is at full price, by the way.
