Very bad experience in this store.I was there two weeks ago to get some t-shirts and a sweatshirt. At the time of payment, I asked the salesman Ricardo, at the cash desk, to know if I had any points and how to use them. Not only did he not help me, he was very rude and not professional at all. At that moment there were only 2 people in the shop, one at the cash desk which was me and another person looking at the shirts inside the shop.

To be honest, I've never been a huge Vans gal. Took my kids there today to avoid a line elsewhere and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did my girls find shoes they loved, but I also got a TWO pairs and a hat for my son for free. They've got awesome deals. Hopefully its a comfy shoe and I will be back! : Edit: kids unfortunately did find the shoes uncomfortable, but I know from experience, these are the type of shoes that DO become comfy once broken in. Just a heads up!

The sales associates and managers working at the store are wonderful! They tried to help as much as possible, going to the back to check, suggesting other similar shoes, even trying to help you place an order online if they don’t have it in stock! I’ll continue shopping at that Vans store!

The old man manager is so rude he kept looking at my son with disgust. My son touched ONE shirt!!!!!!!!!!!! and the old man was already sending his employees telling them to not let me touch the shirts. Also when I asked him for help he sent a girl to me while he did nothing and watched us in a rude manner. Will NOT be coming back

I bought a pair of Chima Ferguson Pro Vans back in May and they already broke. I don't use them daily or for any extreme activity, just for going out and stuff. I'm really disappointed about the quality of these sneakers. I contacted their customer support but they were really useless.

Always a great experience! They have some of the best crew working there. Always friendly and very helpful. Good selection and sales.

Gabi was super helpful, came in there not wanting to buy anything, left with 4 pairs of shoes and no regrets, that girl can sell a shoe with the best of them!
