This particular crocs outlet is very nice. Everything is really organized. They have a huge selection unfortunately they do not have the latest stuff so the cloud slides that I really want it or not there but it is an outlet and then so they get the leftover stuff I believe from other stores or an overflow, so I hope they get a newer stuff. I mean it is an outlet I get it.
I liked this store very much but I will definitely not be going there again. The fat short blond hair employee had a very ugly snotty attitude. On top of that she follows you like your stealing something. She really made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I didn’t catch her name but she has a sticker that says “croctober” on the back of her badge. Like if you hate your job so bad then just stay home.
Got my daughters first pair and my nephew and I’m thinking of getting mines too. They are pretty expensive $50+ , there is a wide selection of colors, the charms I bought on Amazon they’re cheaper for bundles lol sorry
First time I costed there 8/6/22 the service was exceptional above and beyond I would say. I went back today 9/4/22 and it was awful. I had to return a pair of crocs because the strap loop broke. The girl that was so awesome before was not at all this time and very dismissive. So disappointing.
I had to do a return after a panic purchase and the people there were very understanding. The woman behind the counter totally understood my situation and told me just to grab the ones I wanted to do an exchange. They have so many options there and even some that are fluffy on the inside. I ofcourse went with the classic black ones to match my fits. The entire exchange lasted about 5 minutes and was a very easy process. They did not have the croc chain accessories I wanted but it was ok. The experience made up for it. I will definitely be returning to add more crocs to my collection!
For an outlet the prices are still pretty high, you get a better deal online. With that I went to return some Crocs I bought and exchanged one pair for a different size, and was charged full price. They did not honor my original purchase price and I did not get a full refund for the other Crocs I returned. Got that resolved after speaking to customer service online. I'd avoid this store... I mean they do have a wide selection though...2 stars for effort
I was at the store yesterday around 4 to 5pm. The store was offering buy one get one free of charms. While I was shopping, I over heard more than 10 times from the cashier talking to their customers. I bought one pair of crocs and 4 charms and ended up getting only one free charms along with three I paid. After I walked out from the shop, I checked my receipt and realized that I got only one free not two. From my understanding, I should get two free cuz it is buy one get one free. I went back to the store and asked if I was wrong. Sheshort with curly hair repeated that you get one free for buying one but right after she saw my receipt, she changed her words saying that I got one free for buying three. I didn't want to be ugly over $4,99 so just walked away but this is ridiculous and a joke. There price can not be outlet price at all. They are overpriced overall about $5 to$10. Look at the online shop first before you go there. I would never go back there. You just lost a customer.
The Crocs themselves are fine. They Don't really hold inventory on the popular ones so you have to kind of get lucky. The accessories are more expensive than elsewhere. We ended up going somewhere else because the shoes were the same price.
got the bone color very nice cute store prices good too.
Was a little irritated that I had chosen a Croc and it was online and it was cheaper and she act like she wanted to do a price match but my phone was phone was showing it in pesos and not showing it in American number so she said she couldn't help me my daughter was a little dummed out even though she's autistic
