looking for a kayak launch and someone recommended Ford Park so thought I would give it a look after work. Well this place was over run with people partying, blocking the roads, throwing trash everywhere, riding on the hoods of cars. I actually felt scared at this park. I called the police so they could make some rounds, and I left. I don't know if this is a typical thing r not, but I will not return without a gun. I have seen good reviews for this park so I hope this is a one time thing. Police need to patrol this area more often. Sad not a peaceful park.

A place with great views if you know the right people or own your own boat. Just wish it had lake tour to just hop on and ride.
