Been working out here for a few months. Excellent coaching staff and equipment. Very friendly environment.
Thank you David for having me! I had a blast. Great programming and the crew at 5:30 was awesome to workout with. I will for sure be back next time I come down to visit my daughter.
I wish they would upgrade the men's sauna. It's so weak, which probably explains why nobody uses it. New sauna's are around $1,000. I joined this gym because it's the only $100-range gym in the vicinity that has a sauna.
An amazing place with an amazing owner who jumped in and did this amazing/terrible WOD with me when I dropped in on 12/26 at 5:30pm. Definitely come drop in when you're in the area!!
