Heart broken for my 3 year old twins. We were on a vacation with my 3 year old twins and my 1 year old son. One of my twins has health problems that prevent her from being able to play outside in the sun or the heat. She also has a special stroller that we have to haul around. For that reason we had to travel with a small utility trailer to hold her gear as our car wasn’t big enough. Before our trip they got so excited about LEGO land. They watched YouTube videos and told us all that they would do when we got there. It’s indoors which means it met the strict criteria of her health demands (not many things do). When we arrived at LEGO land I was outside of the vehicle with one of the twins because she needed to use the restroom so I walked down the sidewalk of the entrance ramp to the garage alongside our vehicle. We arrived at the bottom of the ramp entering the parking garage only to be met with an extremely rude parking attendant who told us we couldn’t come in with the trailer (mind you this was a utility trailer that was narrower than the vehicle pulling it and required no extra clearance in regards to height). He wouldn’t give a reason other than “it’s just common sense” all while rolling his eyes and insulting us by saying “anyone else would know that”. There were no signs stating trailers were not admitted. the parking attendant refused entry to even turn around and leave and insisted we back up the ramp (again with a trailer, which is not an easy task) while other cars began descending the ramp. When we told him we wouldn’t be able to do that and we would have to turn around he told us no, and told us we now had to do a very tight U-turn (which again.. would be very difficult) all while it was obvious there was plenty of room to enter the garage and turn around safely. He used foul language around my children and was in no way understanding to the fact that my disabled child needed the trailer and it’s contents. (We told him as well as showing him the handicap plaque.) This occurred on a Tuesday with visibly low occupancy of the garage where there were plenty of tandem spaces we could have safely and effectively parked in or even pulled through to exit. The attendant was simply unreasonable. When we finally had to just go in the garage to turn around he began cursing again and then called for security. All while we carefully pulled through one of the many double spot openings. All we were trying to do by this point was safely exit the garage. We never attempted to park. This led to a very sad little girl who just wanted to go to HER big activity of the trip.

Tons of food stops, the shops were a bit eclectic for my taste. Very much theme driven but none of the themes tied together completely. There is a Crayola store where you can make your own color, a big Hallmark store, a Christmas themed store. Small tourist type shop with local items, tad more expensive than I would want to spend on those type items offered.

Always a very fun place to visit. Younger kids will absolutely enjoy Fritz's, where trains deliver your food. Crown center features ice skating and a Christmas tree lighting during the holidays. One of the fun stores to visit is Chip's chocolate factory. Kaleidoscope is a memorable place to visit for young kids. Also, Legoland and Sea Life are worth the visit too. Walking The Link over to Union Station is worth the time no matter what the weather as The Link is temperature controlled.

The rooms are comfortable. I prefer the rooms with the walk-in showers instead of the shower tub combos. The beds A's and pillows are very comfortable. Room service has been pleasant and well done. Close to a variety of restraints and things to do.

Love the atmosphere great mall to walk around with your loved one. Very elegant, quiet not a super busy mall unless it's the holiday because across the street is an ice skating rink which is super awesome. Great mall to take your kids to with all the different toy stores have a crayola store and best part the candy stores.
