Crozer-Keystone OB/GYN - Brinton Lake

Unprofessional. My doctor ignored my questions and concerns. When they were supposed to call me in a week with test results, I had to call them because they forgot. Even then, no one answered the phone and I had to hound them just to get my own medical information.

Extremely rude and and unprofessional. My fiance had an obygn appointment today that she scheduled two months ago. They called a half hour before her appointment to tell her it was cancelled due to a scheduling glitch. Offered No reschedule and it's the only one covered under her insurance. Now she has to go to Planned Parenthood to get her birth control, paying out of pocket and waiting up to three hours to be seen. Insurance company is being called. Do not do business with these people.

I called and told them I was miscarrying and that I needed to see someone fast and they told me they would return my call, unfortunately they never did that nor have they answered the phone I'm so stressed out with them.
