Crozer-Keystone OB/GYN - Silverside

Generally awful experiences all around. Went to this office for 6 years, with doctors rotating in and out. I thought maybe eventually I would land with a good doctor who would stick round, but consistency doesn't seem to be a common theme there. I have had my annual appointment scheduled wrong due to the laziness of the staff, costing me a fortune out of pocket. I most recently tried to cancel an appointment, they seemed understanding told me to still come in, that we'd figure it out and even sent me a confirmation call. After taking the day off of work I come in to someone who has no idea who I am or what I'm talking about my appointment was canceled. I regret not changing doctors sooner NEVER GOING BACK AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had the worst experience with this clinic. I took an appointment at this clinic when I was pregnant for the first time. I was given the first appointment with the nurse who ordered all the tests and said she will set-up the next appointment with a doctor at the clinic. That appointment was given for a much later time almost close to 3rd month of pregnancy. I had a miscarriage before this appointment on a weekend (Saturday). I called the clinic when I started bleeding and they transferred me to their doctor on call. The doctor said there is nothing they can do if the bleeding is due to miscarriage and I should lie down at home and come to the clinic on Monday. I lay at home for 2 days bleeding, totally lost and confused, and went to the clinic on Mon when I was told that it was a miscarriage and everything had washed out so I do not need any procedure. No follow-up, nothing. Is this normal process of care? As it was my first and only pregnancy I do not know what to expect. I have full health insurance coverage through my employer so that was definitely not an issue.
