Would’ve easily gave an 5/5 star but finding out my card was not enrolled in autopay after I specifically asked it should be and could’ve risked losing my belongings if I had not checked my email. This is my first storage space and Someone of the name of Rubi G helped me out. Everything was easy and accommodating except for my card being forgotten about for autopay. Also the 3.59$ fee for online payment is confusing and not direct.

This CubeSmart is convenient with easy access, but the highlight is the staff. Ruby and Nicole are the best! When delivering some items to our storage unit, we had a very short time window. Both were super helpful with information and directions. It was a totally winning situation. I highly recommend it.

Very easy to sign up online, received a call from one of the managers welcoming me and providing some good context. When I went it to check out the unit, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and ensured I had a lock and everything I needed, they even walked me to my unit! The facility was incredibly clean and tidy. Overall, great experience and super helpful staff.

I rented a unit over Memorial Day weekend. Everyone was professional and helpful, and the entire endeavor went smoothly. The location is great, and for Brooklyn, it's reasonably-priced. The place is also well-maintained, and seems very secure. All in all, a very positive experience.
