Staff at Brooklyn storage post are the best! I worked with 2 different people while renting my storage unit. Both employees were super helpful and friendly. great experience!

Terrible service!!!!! No stars!!!! No parking . No carts . No Staff but you constantly put the rent up. Get more carts with the rent you charge. Dead mouse next to my storage. Horrible service!!! Very disappointed.

I've been in this building for at least 14 years and gone through many sized units here. About 3 years ago my rent got tripled from $1200 to $3500+ for a unit that leaked water and was COLD !! See my pics. They got rid of that guy Freddy that was managing the place in the past year so that's was nice. However now you can no longer come in past 6pm or before 9am. No more 24 hour access. They used to have a 24 hour guard here and you used to feel safe here when staying after hours but not anymore. My rent got raised from 200 to 250 without notice after recent management change. The intercoms don't work. There is one bathroom for 10+ floors. Good luck getting in to it... No one knows the code and staff usually running around showing units around so they cant give you the code unless they are in the office. My old code doesnt work. The lights shut off fairly quickly and leave you struggling to find a motion sensor and you end up ripping your coat of somebody's locker or sharp metal pieces that are protruding off the walls or worse...simply tripping. There are never any carts available ! I talked to manager and emailed corporate to get 24-hour access and nobody can help. Long story short Storage Post is no good for the community or small businesses looking for storage solutions. I have moved my business out of this place 3 years ago and been at TI storage and they have much better rates for larger spaces, much friendlier and easier to communicate with upper management when issues arise and their prices are more competitive same space that I was paying $250 for now they charge $150 at TI Storage Atlantic.

The amazing people at Storage Post were so helpful and accommodating when I found out the movers weren't coming until after 6:00pm and the facility closed at 7:00. They also had pad locks and mattress bags for us to purchase ahead of time. The facility was clean and felt very secure.

Today, being a holiday weekend, we we’re glad that the storage was opened. Also, I was warmly welcomed and received expedite service from Kimberly. She was very professional, polite and ready to help. Thank You for making our day.

I had a wonderful experience at storage post with Carmen. To my surprise non of my belonging were damaged.

I was very happy at storage Post from the time I spoke to Darrell at the call center in Atlanta to meeting the staff at the location particularly Christina. She was very helpful and knowledgeable to get me through my first day

Zero stars if I could. Without signed paperwork/digital agreements on file and they've already started charging me for a reservation I ended up cancelling the day I was supposed to move in. Update edit: Upgraded to 4 stars. Called in to verify cancellation of the unit and it was relatively quick and painless. Didn't try to negotiate or argue with me and only spoke to two different people instead of a long game of phone tag. They should have reached out to me once the move-in date had passed and there was no confirmed/signed paperwork on file - they were quick to confirm a reservation made through a 3rd party seller, but cancellations made through that same 3rd party route doesn't seem to trigger an equally rapid confirmation call. System and process could use some work but still good customer service support. Would consider them again as a self-storage option in the future.

My experience was pleasurable from start to finish .Abraham and the rest of the team went above and beyond to confirm my needs were meet. I cant say my situation was ordinary so I didn't expect the grace I received. Also the building is impeccable kept. I recommend this location as the staff will definitely take care of you.
