The staff at 160 John is truly THE BEST. Asana and Jose are beyond accommodating, efficient, helpful, and friendly! I would suggest this location to anyone - a great experience and good connection with subways and great price. The facility also has a lot of hand carts, and multiple elevators and rest rooms.

The staff is helpful and find ways to accommodate you. Only issue is that sometimes they park their cars on the cargo spots and block the ramps to access the storage units. Besides that... pretty solid spot

I rented this space for over 10 years. After Extra Space took over from Tuck-it-away they did lots of renovations to the building and brought about really knowledgeable staff. I can’t thank Jose Ramirez enough for his helpfulness and his excellent customer service. Sending a big Thank You to all staff ~

Excellent service, especially by Jose, but the rates just went up and I cannot afford it.

Amazing experience, would not go anywhere else! Staff has your best interests in mind and really go above and beyond to help make your storage unit experience a 5 star one! Easy parking, great prices and floors are carpeted now so rolling stair units are even easier to access!

Miguel and Robert are both really great! Miguel helped us attentively with the freight elevator and my storage account. Robert guided me through the best choice for storing my particular items. Both very patient! All of the employees I’ve met at this location are really wonderful. Thanks y’all!

The team at extra space storage has been absolutely wonderful in answering all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable, honest and supportive and have made my search for a great, safe, unit so easy. Knowing that the staff are educated and trustworthy has made me feel so much better storing my belongings with them. Thank you!
