Lockaway Self Storage

Lockaway is one of the best places. It is not a typical storage facility because most are cold, dark and empty. I’ve had a Lockaway storage unit for over 10 years. It is safe, clean, quiet, and my things will always be there. I really love the family that runs it especially the woman and her husband who are beyond kind. 5+ stars

Very enjoyable experience becoming a customer. Great atmosphere and the ofice is very relaxed and enjoyable/comfortable. Free parking right inside the by the loadinging docs. The parking area is illuminated at night with geat lighting. I have only a positive experience.

I’ve been a customer at Lockaway for around fifteen years. From the beginning, they have been kind and reasonably priced, and they have created an environment in their office that is comfortable and warm. I don’t often go out of my way to leave reviews for businesses, but they are truly exceptional.

Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Facilities are old, but well maintained and there is a very peaceful feeling I get every time I'm here. Thanks for holding my stuff guys.

I don't have much of a moving history but this storage facility is hands down the most incredible place. The staff are super warm, welcoming, respectful, and helpful. The space itself is very clean and safe located in a wonderful neighborhood.The koi pond simply speaks for itself. Would recommend to literally anyone.

First time storage renter, and I’m so glad I found this place. Use of their very inexpensive cargo vans make this place a steal, on top of their already great prices. I have complete confidence in the safety of my things, their units, reception area, customer service and security were all top-notch. Also loved their homey and quirky reception area, with chilled-out music to calm stressed out movers. Keely at the front desk was so kind and really made sure I found the best unit for my needs. She was very patient and friendly and was always checking to make sure I had everything I needed during the move. The manager was also very friendly and accommodating and explained the contract to me clearly. I honestly never do ratings, but all the good things you read about Lockaway are true. Easy access to BQE, the building is well secure and very clean. Keely and Burnest are the 2 most special people in this establishment, they are very professional, kind and generous. They are the the main reason I decided to stay with Lockaway Storage Unit for several years now. The office has WiFi and a section where you can do office work. They have complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and the office ambiance is rustic very cool antiques. They should serve red wine after 6pm since the office is such a quaint and lovely place.
