Culver's

After watching Hulu all day the idea of ice cream from Culver's was something I was really looking forward to. I look at the menu online and see a classic banana split. Options are 2 scoops or 3. I ask for 2 and she said "nobody ever orders that" understandable I guess so it took her a minute to find it $10 later and after having to tell what every topping was which all were not included I am handed this completely melted banana split. The banana completely on one side and idk if it was even split. Why have something advertised front and center if nobody ever orders it or knows how to make it? ‍

The salads are huge and totally worth it, especially when you're on a Keto diet. There is so much here that you will be stuffed. Been to Culvers 3 times and have only had the salads so far.

Waited 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger actually had to call the store to see what was happening because three people behind me in line got their food first. When I called the Lady said when people order stuff off the menu that are easier to prepare they get their food first so I guess the cheeseburger is considered not easy. You would think waiting 20 minutes for The cheeseburger it would be hot but no it was cold Don't go to a Culver's in this neighborhood expecting good service or good food. Such a trash area and a trash store

I’ve eaten at a lot of Culver’s restaurants, and the burger here was SO good - really great craggy edges. And the counter person, Stephanie, is such a hard worker!! She was so efficient but also very friendly & helpful. A nice bonus!

Unfortunate that I have to rate a great chain like culvers so low. When I went to order food, I wasn't able to pay due to their system being down. Instead of trying to make a compromise, it was a "sorry, can't do anything. It says to call your bank." To which I did and they confirmed it was on the merchant's side and nothing wrong with my card or account. Yet after 40 minutes of trying to pay with 3 different cards, they didn't want to do any sort of customer service of hospitality.

We were there at an off time, so it was kind of empty. Service was very good. The food was very good as usual. This is one of my favorite "fast food " chains.Food: 5/5

There is no going side you got to wait at your car for about 10 minutes for them to bring out your food like probably 15 other cars waiting to the order board is all smashed up and turn up. The service does move fast though but it's no love and environment it's just kind of sitting in your car waiting for your burger and that's it there's no clover experience anymore but the food still good

This was October 15th.about 1:45 pm. NO CLOSED SIGN. Went in to order 2 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon. The girl was on her phone. Finally looked up and said " drive through only." I said " there are people in here eating." She said "we just stopped serving. I said " What? So you wont take my order? I took a city bus with Grandkids." Refused to serve us. Kid-friendliness: Would not serve my grandkids because we did not come in a vehicle.

Had too use the bathroom and was told bathroom was for paying customers only which I planned on ordering food concidering I got off work and haven't ate all day. But made me wait to order b4 I could use it. Offer them to hold my wallet till I ordered and laugh at me and said that's not how it's works. Never been to an astabliment and had been degraded as much as any other establishedment

Stopped in after buying some discs at Urban Lights for my son. Guy who took our order was very friendly. Food was really good.
