First… online order only. Second… as you can see the portions were absolutely horrendous Probably finished the bowl with like 15 scoops of my fork. This literally is my first review I’ve ever written before. but this is just ridiculous. Find any other chipotle trust me, way better service for sure!
Horrible. Understaffed, should not be open at full capacity. Completed online order as suggested, additional 30 minute wait after calculated order time. 5 pieces of steak, no corn. Flooded with hard clumpy white rice. Boycotting chipotle now. Wish I could give a 0 star rating.
I have no idea what management is trying to do but I'd be convinced if the goal for this Chipotle location is to deter customers. Every time I pass by this store or try to get something from here, they're often slammed and don't have enough personel. It's sad, I know that chipotle can be better than this, but it's almost as if the higher ups aren't giving enough attention to this store and the demand it has. Hopefully they'll read this post and understand that customers are just tired of this level of service. This is below the minimum standard.
I’m glad to know that other people have had terrible experiences with this place, and they don’t have a vendetta against me. That being said- this place is terrible! It’s on my way home from work, which is why I have continued to stop in despite how bad the service is. If you mobile order, plan to add an extra 40 minutes-an hour to your promise time, at the very least. I genuinely don’t know what they want customers to do at this location? Oftentimes they’ll be mobile order only, but, other times they don’t like when customers mobile order and they’ll hold your order behind the counter and make you wait in the line with those who are walk-ins. Today, my order was both missing half of my items, and a health hazard. The ingredients in the one bowl I did receive weren’t even attempted to be heated up by staff they were refrigerator cold to the touch, and my chips were completely soggy to the point where you can bend them. Luckily, the ingredients in the one ice cold bowl I received were also incorrect, so, at least I wasn’t missing out on what I wanted to eat. Customer service genuinely won’t help when I bring this location up to them, due to the fact that every order I’ve placed here has had multiple issues, and I guess they’re sick of hearing about it. You can’t feel it, so I hope the point comes across in the picture of my unmelted cheese and undercooked chicken. I can’t attach the video of the science experience they call chips, so, here’s a screenshot of it for your consideration. I’m hoping writing this review will either humiliate me into never setting foot in there again for my own health at this point, or inspire management or someone in health/safety to make changes here.
The food was good, but the wait time was much longer than expected. Mobile orders shouldn’t take longer than ones that are ordered in store. I showed up to pick up our orders at the quoted time. It wasn’t ready and multiple groups were in and out with their food who ordered in store. The line of people kept growing for online orders and I received my food 20 minutes after the pickup time. If you are going to this location, I recommend just ordering in store and not through the mobile app!
This is the worst chipotle ever! Staff is very dirty and unprofessional there’s never fresh veggies manager jokes and play around with staff. Staff is walking around eating with the same glove they prep the food with. No has a name tag or I would say names the young lady at the register gave out free meals to her friends
This place is awful. They are always out of ingredients. They ran out of white rice today and when I asked for it the employee scooped the last handful of white rice from a container. I get home and the rice is hard as a rock. Since the rice was the base of the burrito bowl I ordered, the whole thing was unpleasant to eat. I would’ve rather had no rice than the small amount of crunchy rice they gave me lol. They are also 9 times out of 10 out of the salad dressing and the fajita veggies. It’s also not a very clean counter space. I never remember Chipotle looking so gross before I started coming to this location. As someone who has worked in food service in the past, I can’t imagine leaving work spaces so disgusting.
How does this location even still exist? Absolutely terrible. I placed an online order at 10:30 AM this morning, got there at 10:55 am 10 min after they open and all the doors were locked with a sign on the door that said "Online Only". After eventually entering, there was only one person actually working. There was another employee sitting down eating, another employee just walking around, another employee bagging up chips at the register filling about 2 bags a minute to give you a perspective, and the manager I assume who popped up front for maybe 3 seconds before disappearing again to the back. I stood there waiting for my order for 20 minutes until 11:15ish and then just left. They had close to an hour to prepare my order and somehow completely failed this task. This location either needs to be bulldozed over or they need to fire every one there, close for a week, and start completely over with a new team and manager. And whoever is the manager & district manager here, I hope you are reading this because you need to find a new job as soon as possible. Probably not in a management position. For the corporate side, I have been an investor in your company for many years but as of today I have made the decision to completely sell off all of my stock in your company. And before I get a "response from the owner", please don't waste your time to copy and paste a generic response about how you are sorry. It will do no good. You've already lost me, so instead how about you reach out to the actual people working in your company as they are the problems your need to fix.
Worst Chipotle I've ever stepped into. The last 3 times I went to get food for me and my coworkers, I've had to wait my entire 30-minute break or longer. On top of that they always get something wrong on the order. This most recent visit got most of the order wrong and my steak quesadilla had chicken and barely any cheese. I gave them a few more chances because it's one of the closer options to work, but this is the last time. Absolutely unbelievable and I can't believe they're still running.
I ordered on the app, and luckily was late to arrive. While driving there, I got a message that my order was going to be late, followed in a few minutes by a message that my order was ready one minute before I got there. My food was bagged and ready to go, which was lucky considering the throng of college students on a Friday night lined up to order. They didn't include the fajita veggies and salsa verde on my burrito, and the chips tasted stale. Otherwise a solid meal
