QDOBA Mexican Eats

They advertise the Impossible Burger, but don't have it. Service is terrible. Could barely hear the girl serving. She was totally uninterested in helping customers and instead of explaining the vegetarian options, she pointed to the chicken meat and stared off. They need to hire better people. And stock what you advertise.

Worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. They had a huge sign advertising a specific burrito, but when I went to order it they said they didn’t have the stuff to make it. The sautéed veggies had ran out and there were no attempts to refill it or apologize. Definitely a sub par lunch.

Not great. Got tacos cos I was left at the airport by United. They were out of almost every meat and topping at night and only had hard shell tacos. They had a hard time understanding me and what I was saying. Said no ice and there were still ice in my cup. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to even notice I was waiting in line.

They need better employees who actually to serve the guest. Been working in food service myself, i always make sure i have a smile on my face which does make difference. They need a better manager or a supervisor.

Good tacos,good service only thing I asked for lime to my tacos and they didn’t have it, but it’s something that I spect.
