Chicken burrito without chicken! Waited 30 minutes there for my placed online order. 20 customers later received my chicken burrito bowl with 4 pieces of chicken. Will not recommend to order online here unless you have time to waste on waiting or extra money to spend on a full portion. I’m not a vegetarian, I like chicken, I’ll enjoy my last 4 pieces of chicken at this location and will go somewhere else next time I want a burrito. Employees there, hope you have easier days working there after pushing all your customers away. Have a good working day.

Yo get you a burrito from here. After they place the ingredients on the tortilla they mix the burrito by hand. Yes, mixed. Nice and creamy mixed. Then they do a crumple wrap so you can eat it easily with a spoon. Dogs are welcome.

What's the deal? How can a place be this bad at fulfilling an order correctly and on time. Just ordered a burrito and a bowl for pickup get home and it's 2 bowls. This is the first time the order was done on time at least. Normally sitting there for 20-30 mins after the promised pick up time. This is not a frickin burrito.Food: 2/5

The always is definitely delicious but. The service went down, slow and mean workers should be able to make happy the client, though they reduce the portion of meat and rest when they notice that have low in the container so please improve your service. Lats time I been there I wait an hour for my food and I tried to cancel my order they didn't accept was rude to me, because wasn't my fault they situacion or others clients that day were lot of people like me upset. Is supposed to be fast food.

I frequent this Chipotle and I came in tonight as I was on my way home from work. The employee working let me know that they’re having outages and they weren’t able to make my order. I feel for them so hard because I work at Starbucks and we were experiencing similar outages last year. They are in the trenches, they are suffering because I know there’s customers that were rude about it. This location is always a good experience. The employees are very nice, fast, and efficient. If I online order, I never have any issues! They do work hard. Most of the times I come in is during a rush and they are doing their best!

I happen to always come during their busiest time. However, the staff is so well organized and working in unison, that the line moves smoothly. Between in person diners and delivery drivers waiting, I'm always impressed with how they are able to keep the two orders separate. If you have not been in the store during this time, you have no idea how busy it gets.

Disclaimer: employees were VERY KIND and great. This is not on them. Severely understaffed at lunch on a weekend. Only two gals working. I ordered on the app and had pickup ready for 12:40, it wasn’t ready and I got it almost twenty minutes later. AGAIN NOT THEIR FAULT. There was a line of over ten customers present and lots of pickup and door dasher people waiting as well. Hire more people and pay better wages if that’s what it takes. It’s unpleasant to wait for fast service food for that long, especially ordering ahead of time.

I would say this is the worst Chipotle in a twin cities but I genuinely don't know. This isn't the first terrible Chipotle I've been to and I think it will be the last. I ordered my food online and they said it would be ready at 6:00 p.m. I sat there for an additional 20 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. Do not rely on these people for a meal you will be disappointed. Do not go to this Chipotle.

Portions have gotten small lately, the staff are sometimes careless with the food, from adding the stuff to the burrito/bowl to putting it into side containers. They're always out of some type of meat or side. I'll just say, if their is a line, expect bad service if less people, expect better service. Update-September 2022 Went over the weekend to pick some up for my family and I and there was a noticeable improvement. First, there are more staff for the evening shift. Secondly, the food portions are the right size. Lastly, nothing on my order of six was messed up. I am very satisfied with my recent experience and hope it stays that way. Also, I tried the new Garlic Guajillo steak and it was lovely. The description said the steak would be tender, but I was skeptical and expected a rubbery bite. However, the steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor was a pleasant surprise. I normally get Barbacoa, but I think this will be my new meat.
