Hands down the best money I've ever spent for a birthday party. My 10 year old girls had a BLAST with the spa package. Cupcakin' did everything for me and all we had to do was show up. The girls working the party were real friendly and didn't seem bothered AT ALL when asked to do anything and both seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everyone who walked by stopped and looked in the store because it's very noticeable! Very pink! Couldn't get any cuter. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

The only reason why I am giving cupcaking backery a 1 start. I booked my daughters birthday event, right before the pandemic hit. I paid for half of the party up front. The other half was due on or before the party date. Everyone got news about the covid mandatory quarantine. I was notified that I was no longer allowed to have the party. I spoke with the owner about my refund. She would not give me my money back. Not even a penny. She offered to give me cupcakes. I was very uupset. I tried to reason with her and let her know, I did not think that was fair. I did pick up cupcakes. They were very terrible but cute on the outside. I will never do business with her. Even though I have wanted to. I will go else where. If she would have given me my money back. I would have spent way more than $200 with her. I really like her set setup. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Beautiful place and even better service, quick and to the point. Would be a great cater for birthday young or older. Cupcakes where EXCELLENT not sweet like these other bakers, and the owner was VERY friendly. Support your black owned businesses and start here

THE SMILES ON THE GIRLS FACES AFTER ENJOYING MY DAUGHTER’S PRINCESS SPA PARTY AT CUPCAKIN BAKERY WAS BEYOND AMAZING!!! The most fun they’ve had in awhile! All they talked about on the way home was how much fun they had!!! The venue was AMAZING! THE SERVICE WAS DIVINE!!! THE LOCATION!!! HANDS DOWN the absolute best birthday party I’ve ever spent money on!!! From the cupcakes, ice cream, pizza, cider toast! Took all the hard work off of mom and I was able to enjoy and watch my daughter and her friends enjoy being pampered like the little Princesses they are!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND CUPCAKIN BAKERY TO EVERY PARENT THAT WANTS TO THROW THEIR CHILD AN AMAZING PARTY THAT’S HASSLE FREE!!! Can’t wait to book our next one! See you soon!!!

I had been communicating with them about reserving the cupcake truck for a birthday party. The date was reserved, so I was told, and was informed that I would receive an invoice to pay the deposit the cost in full 2 weeks prior to the event. Two weeks prior arrived and I heard nothing, I called and emailed, leaving voicemails, and never received a response. I had to rush and figure out a plan b for the party at the last minute. If something came up or there was a miscommunication I would think they would at least reach out and let me know.

This place is a sight to see if your in Kansas City! the moment you walk in your just in amazement of all of the pink decor that you forget you wanted a cupcake! the staff made sure to greet you as you walked in which is what i really liked! the cupcakes are very cute & taste even better! they serve ROLLED ICE CREAM! and that's not it they offer a variety of birthday parties in the special party room! if i had i child i would certainly have a party here

Beautiful place and an excellent owner! I walked in and was automatically excited! Cupcakes are great too!

Doesn’t have any taste at all if you can’t make chocolate or vanilla just don’t bake hard as a rock
